Hi thanks for reply. Have tried Google but I cannot find any reference to a firmware Patch download? I know chip is ALi M3510G but I still hit a brick wall with that?

Yes thank you again I have just bought one of theses boxes from them and it has got "lost in the post" so they are sending a second one via DPD. They say it is all setup with Biss codes?
In the mean time I have purchased one from Germany (same box) for only 27 euros, finds all the channels but I cannot see how to install biss key to watch them? Hence my request here.
