Take better pictures using WebIf, using mobile phone to take pictures are just terrible.

Regarding your microSD card, if your computer is throwing out errors maybe faulty? Have you tried formatting to Fat32 and what does it do?

Update your image to latest release, there was an issue with harddisk and initialisation on older versions

Switch off
Remove SD card
Insert a formatted usb stick
Switch on
Menu/setup/VIX
Backup settings _> press menu button -> change backup location to usb mount----------> green button (save)---------------- green button (New Backup) ---- Exit

Try software Update again.

If it works fine, otherwise
Menu/setup/VIX - ------->>> ImageManager ----> yellow button(downloads)------ choose OpenVix ---> select latest image---> wait for download to finish--------- return to main screen ------------> Blue button(flash) ------ wait for reboot.
After reboot-------> choose OK to do you want to restore and to plugins message (if it appears) - should reboot to original setup

Menu/setup/VIX in my menu ------> press Menu button -> select Setup -----> in drop down menu ---> select ViX (probably last item in list)
If ViX plugin is not there you have a real issue and suggest you usb flash latest image

Thats a big issue, the ViX plugin is a major part of ViX ... if it is not there then it indicates a major issue

there is way to enable it again ?

Just usb flash and setup as a new box (no settings or plugins restores) and you will be fine.

Not that I aware of ------- you need to have the ViX plugin installed. Without it the Software update will not run

Just reflash and setup as new. Then when you reinstall everything, just copy your Oscam config files over using an FTP client.

The Vix "plugin" is not seen in the plugin menu. You do not install it, it is part of the Vix image

You can access it by two ways:
Blue > Vix
Menu > Setup > Vix

If it is missing, you will need to manually save your configuration files and manually restore them after flashing latest images. See this guide/thread

I did the 2nd solution but see the pic i didn't find storage section when i insert SD card
but when i insert flash memory storage section its shown

i have tried more than type of the SD card and same issue
