i have a vu+duo box on 28.2.my dish is a council dish big one dont know size .its shared between 10 flats.right i am thinking of putting a dish of my own up on 13.e .now the only dish i am allowed to put up.is the standard sky dish have been told this might not do.may need a bigger one.how do i find out if this dish will work.without having it fitted.hope ive worded this right .thanks in advance

standard sky dish can vary. In some areas, a standard sky dish needs to be 60cm to get a good signal in rain. This size would be perfectly adequate for 13e afaik. However, if you only need a 45cm, then it might be difficult to get 13e...

I can recommend using "Arcon Sweety 43cm" for flats or where you cant erect large dishes

not cheap but these are really good quality dishes

Looks like the average price is going to be about £120 - £130, worth calling the site sponsor to check if they can get hold of them. If they cannot then there are a few other stores available.

I would not ask the council they will say no out of hand as you already have a communal dish

i had mine sat on a window ledge they look like large tv antennas
