RF extender

Hi All,

Anyone getting problems with RF extender which came with the box? I plugged the cable into the RF port on the receiver and the screen goes black and unresponsive. I am running openvix. I have reset the machine and re-installed openvix but still not responsive when using the RF port. Is there a fix for this?

Makes sure you are using the correct port. Theres a IR IN port and RS232 port, make sure you are using IR IN port.

Yes I am using IR in port and the screen becomes black and receiver becomes unresponsive. when I remove the cable it starts responding. Very strange.
