Problem with certain channels help needed please

Hi i always seem to have problems with Discovery channels
i noticed the SNR is very low on these frequencies only
ive had a guy out to align the dish its the best he can get it there is nothing obstructing its path
all other channels shoot up to 80 and 90% why is it happening on 11038 ?

When you say "problems", do you mean picture breakup?

freezing for a few seconds at a time some times it takes up to 90 seconds for it to come back on

try changing position lnb. I receive these channels 100% 79 AGC. Finetuning

yeah the chap tried that i might invest in a new dish and lnb its 10 year old now thanks for replying
