How to change Language

Hi, first day with my box and I started to set it up, I thought I might need a coffee, so I made one and came back to find my dog sitting in my chair on top of the remote. He managed to change the language, I think it might be Klingon! How can I reset it to English to continue the setup?

Menu/setup/user interface/ Language ...........if you can translate whatever language you are in

If you can't, is there a reset? Just like to say. the German instruction manual is EVER SO HELPFUL!

I managed to work it out due to twol's post.
