As above, I offer a thousand thanks to Abu for his brilliant help and assistance today, I would not have managed to do what he did in a million years, I now realise how much my seizures have affected me and how much recall and ability I've lost.

Abu is a complete and total gent and I cannot sing his praises enough.

A 100% superstar.
