Formuler z7+ can’t install apk

My z7+ box i bought from world of satellite.com, how do I tell if it’s a “provider” or “unlocked” box ?
I ask because I downloaded an apk and when I click on it to install it says “can’t open file”.
I have tried deleting and downloading again to no avail.

Can anyone help please ?

If purchased from world-of-satellite.co.uk the box will not be locked in anyway. Most likely an issue with your apk.
