lost bouquets

i had an issue with my box the other day and when fixing it i have managed to lose my bouquets.

can someone point me in the right direction to get a good bouquet for my channels, i have 1 C turner and 2 S

If you've taken a settings backup (fairly recently) they'll still be on there.
