how can i fix this problem so all hd channels have the info bar and epg

what receiver do you have it seems to me the HD channels are greyed out there and not activly working

Do a full rescan and that should fix the problem especially if this problem is with all of the HD channels.
Had same issue in the past but not wiht SF latest bouquet or the preceeding 4 sets.
