Web TV have stopped working it says "No data found" anyone got a fix for this?

WebIf working ok here on Octagon, Zgemma & various Vu+ receivers. You’ll have be be more specific and attaching logs to your post may also help.

When i press Web TV it says "No data found" it was working fine a few days ago.all the other apps like YouTube are working, I'm using the latest firmware & have done a factory reset.

Sorry I'm new to this how would I find a error log to post?

Web TV is working again when you update the firmware to ver. "golden_alphax_v1.04.90_20191012"
