Software Update & Download Plugins

Hi I am receiving an error message when attempting to perform a software update or initialise Download Plugins.
It says "there has been an error please try later. if error persists check world of satellite.com"
Can someone please direct me further as not sure where to start .
I currently have VIX 4.1.016 on my VU+ Duo

you need to do a fresh flash usb or couch flash .Think that Openvix 5 2 045 Release Vuduo Usb (58M) is teh latest available for your box.

You can’t use Software Update as you are on an old image. ViX has stopped supporting the Vu+ Duo now. The last available image for your receiver can be found here >> http://www.openvix.co.uk/index.php/downloads/vu-plus-images/vu-duo/
ViX 5.2.045 is the one you want.
