Ci+ card reader

I would like to ask if it posible to use CI+ card with cardreader in Amiko Viper 4K UHD?
I am intersting use this tuner with Tricolor (ru) official card and cardreader

We're pretty sure the answer is no, you can't use a smartcard that relies on CI+ in the card reader.
