Screen going blank sf8008 single tuner

First time poster here, I received my sf 8008 single tuner this week running open atv 6.2 it is connected via hdmi on a 2160 30 capable socket and I originally set the box resolution for this but the display kept cutting out so I set everything to auto and multi this has improved things a bit but the display still goes blank occasionally, on my zgemma h9s which was connected to the same tv I just set the video to 2160 30 and had no problems.

I have tried 2 hdmi cables with no difference

Can anyone advise me on the best video settings

Same here but I haven’t had chance to report it yet as I have been away.
It happens when I set the box to 2160 multi.
Reverting back to 1080 p solves the issue.
My theory is it maybe due to the upscaling happening on both Tv and Box. Will monitor and report back.
Is there anything else I may need to report?

Seems to be working again on 2160 30, I put it on just now and had the settings on automatic for video much flashing black screens then it went full screen purple then 4.3 green screen so turned box off and pulled hdmi out and replaced and seems to be ok at the moment, but will keep an eye on things as not sure if it's hardware or software related, as just retested my zgemma h9s at 2160 30 with no probs,
So fingers crossed
