Kodi problem using vu+ 4k ultimo

I downloaded the kodi 17.5 plugin on my sat receiver , it seems to work fine with everything but playing music . Any music i send to it has no audio . If i play videos everything works fine. What am i doing wrong ? I tried all settings for audio without success . While playing videos the audio works fine ..
