New H92S received from WOS - doesn't boot.....

Hi All

Received the H92S mid week and just literally unpacked it and connected it all up to set it up for the weekend and am having trouble with it.

I see the HI SILICON splash screen and then Openvix for a few secs - after which it goes completely blank - inserted new batteries in the remote and the remote or box is not responsive......not sure what I am doing wrong here....

Help appreciated.....

found the instructions to USB flash the box which I have just done and the box is now booting fine.

Update - the WIFI MAC address shown in the menu doesn't correspond to the MAC address I am seeing on the AP. As I have Mac filtering enabled I had to insert the exact MAC address of the client.
