HD51 new Bootloader to handle recovery mode changes

attached is a new bootloader for the HD51 reuqired to fix some issues with new recovery mode.

Copy to usb stick and flash as normal ......apparently should not impact current images

this boot disable PIP:

"Your box needs Bootloaderversion(s)
v1.07-r19, v1.07-r21, v1.07-r35
to make compatible with Bootoptions!".

Should work fine with next release of OpenViX ... its not a ViX issue but lies elsewhere

I would get it over with!!!
If you have to go into recovery, there are apparently issues until this bootloader is installed.

Cannot say more, as the only comment has been "to fix recovery issues"
