Xtrend 8000 crashing often

Hi guys

My brothers xtrend seems to crash a few times a day and I couldn't figure out why
I followed the steps from the logs
Please see attached

Any idea how I can access the logs and upload it.

You should find logs in home/root/logs I don't think you need to zip just upload latest log or add all to 1 zip file
