samba not starting?

hi i have vu duo latest 40 image but samba will not start or autostart.
tryed different images lower same thing not starting or autostarting?
tryed different ethernet cable too?
anybody help with this at all use mainly for networking to other boxes samba enabled on them fine?

Have you downloaded and installed samba from the feeds?

i installed from the setup/networkutilities/samba path disabled on autostart and stopped on current status press yellow to start autostart nothing happens press green to start again nothing happens?

mangaed to fix was the capacitor that was on way out red light one replaced all working as should samba too
