Freesat EPG Setup

H Guys
I am trying to setup my Formuler F1 to use free to air, Freesat
and I need a walkthru how to setup the EPG, as I do not have
internet access to the F1 will EPG automatically load from a
broadcasted channel, any assistance required would be great

Use CrossEPG downloader and set it up for Sky using OpenTV provider.
