Here update romanian translation for OpenViX

I am not sure if this will work. Normally all not translated topics are also in the file and the size will be around 300K. Someone else must say something to it.

I compared the files, it deleted lost of entries, did not add any new ones. Is that what is intended? Translator is also Rob apparently.
