C/T2 tuner problems

had C/T2 tuner for about 18 months now it doesn't seem to pick up 1 frequency, any checks I can do or is new tuner needed

Sometimes a tp gives issue and when not working whatever was on that will not work and usually within a few days it can be fixed and starts working again.If channels move a new scan will be needed.

Are you missing channels that are working on another box and you know that frequency works.
