Vuplus solo 2 4K box Has stopped receiving free sat and can’t seem to find out how to Tune. Please help

Do you get any error messages?
What has changed?

There are no channels but recordings are there.

What hardware (dish/cabling/splitters) wise is connected to tuner A
What hardware (dish/cabling/splitters) wise is connected to tuner B

What is tuner A set as?
What is tuner B set as?

Can you scan 28.2 (not using a plugin such as AutoBouquetsMaker)
