I have heard two things about the Spiderbox 7000/9000 series that I dont know are true or not, a) Using a $ k y card is a bit of a operation, unlike say my Technomate where you just flash the receiver with Phantoms excellent patch enter the cards original paired receiver serial number in the Card+ menu, save & away you go. b) Unlike most non Linux receivers the Spidebox can actually update the White cards with the stay alive signal. So can I just ask the owners/experts on here are any of these two points true etc, thank you in advance for any help on this.
