Octagon SF8008 and Sundtek tuner

Hi,
Just got this little box and really like it.
I'm trying to get my Sundtek USB cable tuner to work on it.
I installed the Sundtek Control Centre Plugin, downloaded the latest drivers and setup the tuner in the control centre.
However, when I go to the Setup -> Tuners -> Configure, the Sundtek tuner is not displayed only the interal Octagon ones ie 1 x Satellite and 1 x Cable tuner

Is this an issue with Sundtek, Octagon or VIX? (not up on all this stuff)
Same Tuner works fine on my VU+ Solo 2

Any help appreciated.

Did you restart the receiver after install?

Yep - rebooted receiver - also followed the guide mentioned. Found a lot of people with the same issue for Sundtek and other usb cable tuners.

Seems that none work with this receiver at the moment - this scuppers me as I often watch one channel whilst recording another :-(

Sundtek have good support. They are members on here, so finding one of their posts would be a good starting point and get in touch.

You can skype @Sundtek and he will see if he can fix it. They are normally self contained and do not rely on the Manufacturer drivers.
