Once you have a downloaded an iso from the links here

Run the IE.CFG removal utility from here
http://code.kliu.org/misc/win7utils/
to use the utility point it to the ISO. The process can be reversed and does not effect the MD5 checksum.
when you use the cd instead of it installing windows 7 professional you get a dropdown to install which version you want
windows 7 enterprise, ultimate professional etc... etc....
So you will only need to download 2 iso's 1 64bit and 1 x86.
Then you will every version of windows7 on 2 iso's.
