VU Zero when I turn off subtitles I can't turn them back on again. Any help.

I have tried the audio button it didn't work out. the only way I can put the subtitles on is by turning the box off at the power switch

I have found (on a Mut@nt) it takes some 10 seconds or longer for the subtitles to come back on. Have you waited long enough?

Yes I have waited for days before I found out that I needed to turn off the box.

Is turning off the box the only way to put subtitles back on the TV once they are taken off by the audio button.

Enabling logs will help. Once enabled, restart your receiver then go about doing what you do to get your subtitles on/off etc then upload your logs here (zipped).
