console password

I tried to find online some solution, unfortunately without success.
I'm trying to access my receiver by console (Telnet) or FTP.
console is asking for login, but I have to enter a password:

Welcome to OpenViX for vuultimo4k
openvix 5.2 vuultimo4k

vuultimo4k login: root
Password:

Login incorrect
vuultimo4k login:

is there any way to get access?
Access is needed to get logfile becayse enigma2-plugin-extensions-hbbtv is crashing...
