Gigablue hd ultra ue
I have usb flashed the latest vix image but once you reboot and it gets 25% loaded the screen goes off and the tv says no source. Reflash with gigablue firmware no problem. Reflash with open atv again no problem. Tried several times and always get the same result.
Any ideas

Find the ip address.
Use a telnet session e.g. putty:-login to the receiver (root no password
Enter init 4 (that a space between)
Enter enigma2 and see what is in the log.

How are you flashing? Image Manager or USB?

Can you state image number instead of "latest" please? I'll try same version as you.

Sorry, I misread the receiver name. I have a different GigaBlue.

Can you please try to run Enigma2 in console mode as per Twol post. There is a guide to commands in my signature if you need it.

Most probably the AV hacks/options need tweaking again

tried the putty login and with init 4 the box crashed.

I can telnet into the box using FileZilla where do I find the logs please

how do you know it crashed?
init 4 just stops the box, so would not crash the box. ..... then you should probably wait 30 secs and then enter enigma2 ... then you should see the log on your PC in putty

The log doesn‘t show any failures, but I am not sure you have any services /bouquets setup, so its just sitting there waiting for you to do something.
When you usb flashed did you go through the complete wizard or did you do a settings restore from a previous settings backup???
If the former did you then do a transponder scan?

Did a full setup no restore as this problem started after a couch update. Did a satellite scan. Installed softcam. Rebooted and imported cccam line. Got sound but no picture then after another 20 to 30 minutes picture went off completely

The last scan (628 entries in Bouquet userbouquet.LastScanned.tv) is surprising if that is for 28.2E?
What happens if you switch to a FTA channel???
Can you post your AV settings? menu/setup/AV/settings

Scan was for where it was parked at hispasat. I will post the av settings when I get home
