WebInterface log in problem

Hi iam haveing problem loging in to webinterface when i set password needed, funny thing is i can log in to the box usinig dcc isent the username and password the same.The imag iam useing is vix1.3 any help please.

check the web interface plugin to see if its enabled and not using https
