Hi guys,

my box is showing 'flashing green circle' meaning update is available, but it won't allow me to perform it through software update and the last available one in downloads is Aug '18....Is this box not supported any more....tia

It is no longer supported. ViX 5.1.033 is the last image you can get for your receiver.

It is still supported elsewhere. Am I allowed to point rinaldi1 in the right direction? Not wishing to break any rules.
