multiple issues

I have a uno 4k se and having some issues with it. First off some of the programming im watching is showing fine while a program is on but as soon as the commercials come on they play in 4:3 format and not even right 4:3 they have major overscan . Its onl a few certain channels that do this. Again teh maine progrmming will be in 16:9 full screen and be fine. Other channels are fine so i know it is on teh right settings. I have other boxes that do not show this issue they are fine on the same channels so its not my tv settings either. ITs like the vu+ cannot tell what format to put these in or something. driver issue maybe?

Also then i have a problem with channels locking up on video but playing fine with audio ... using webif and vlc they play flawless on laptop

i do have the fbc tuners. i wonder if that has somethign to do with it ?

What video settings have you used? Have you installed the auto resolution plugin?

i have tried simple, all resolutions, disabled set to 1080p . I have tried everything. Yes i have installed auto resolution as well to no avail . I really cant wrap my head around it man. I have tried opanatv, and openblackhole. Both are exactly the same .

it shows 1080 on the tv if i hit info, and it shows 1080 if i go into menu and service info of the channel. its just the commercials play in 4:3 when i know good and well they are in full 16:9 on the other box lol.

here is the video settings. usually have bypass hdmi thing off but changed it to on to see if it did anything.

The display options are different for OpenATV. I don't have the receiver, so cannot check for you.

yes sir, i started fresh obviously when i got the box. flashed open atv. then reflashed it over and over and over new. then i did a fresh instsall of open blackhole and had the exact same issues. so then i restored open atv from a backup

Have you ever recently flashed OpenViX without restoring settings? Because the av setup in OpenATV is different (no idea about blackhole)

i have never done that no. so 99% of my channels are perfect just as they should. its only a select few that are off. but my other box i own is fine on the same channels that are messed up on the vu+
