Streaming to another tv

I have this box down stairs and was wondering if there is a way to stream it to a tv upstairs? Or would a video sender be the best way?

I'd suggest a Single tuner E2 box from WoS, then use Channels importer plugin (in openvix feeds) over the network to watch on channels on the upstairs TV.
