there is a problem with this device,please reformat it and try again

recr works ok and has let me carry out updates 1 to 6 but in vix all choices give the fault message,have tried usb downloads etc and totally fresh install from factory reset,rescaning sats ,lines etc,each morning get onscreen messages ,twisted this and that,image,this morning box was locked up and had to hard boot,everything appears to work but how do get this no image fault..using vix-night-hd ( 1280x720)..???????/:(:mad:

Without logs or screen captures its hard to know with too little information ...... but you obviously have a disk attached and I guess via usb, so does the device have its so own power supply?
If no independent supply possble cause of problem

changed the usb stick and backups show so looks like faulty usb stick was problem thanks twol for tip..
