Update for Quad 4k and UE 4k

Platform Driver Issues:
- fixed webif screenshot
- fixed menu/exit buttun of frontpanel (when long press or pressed many times quickly)
- fixed video colordepth for uhd deepcolor
- fixed alsa for kodi (improved loading time and support ui sound / audio sw decoding)
- fixed minitv when running plugins (hbbtv/kodi/youtube)

Hbbtv Plugin Issues:
- fixed url parsing (fixed freezing and moving wrong page at some pages)
- fixed video positioning (when switching fullscreen and pig)
- fixed channel zapping (fixed to get channel/epg information)
- fixed server errors handling
- fixed recovery last status when exit
