config for gamma card

i have got a gamma card in my top slot of my vu box, and a jsc card in the bottom slot, and my gamma card cant seem to be read, i have cccam 2.2.1 installed, anyone any ideas how to configure this please, i have tried for weeks now, with no luck, my gamma is working as soon as i put it in my tm5400 it opens straight away,
