box failed after update

box stuck on vu+display on tv,tried to reflash with usb openvix new image but willnot and front of box flashing bright/dim/ bright...:mad:

Bright / dim / bright is exactly what it's supposed to do whilst flashing. Once complete it blinks fast.

yes then goes to bright flashing,but screen stays at vu+ image and remote does nothing vucc can not find box

panic over left usb in box took out usb and vix boots

Its always useful to know how you fixed the situation, because usb flashing can be very stressful.
