IPTV of their own channels

Good morning I use a VU + duo2 decoder with original TIVUSAT Card + CAM.
I wanted to know if it was possible to transform my own channels from a decoder into an M3U file for the IPTV transmission of the channels in the other rooms of the house through the internal network.

Do you know if there is a particular program or procedure?

Thanks for any suggestions or tutorials if there ever exists one.

web interface offers an option. When you open TV channel I think it is somewhere on the top left.
