Watch IPTV, record Sat/Cable/Terrestial - Yes depending on receivers tuners.
Watch IPTV, record same/different IPTV channel - depends on Provider, no. of provider streams and luck.

IPTV rubbish for recordings. Treat IPTV as live viewing only. You’ll be disappointed otherwise.
