5 west italain chanels

have fitted the new s-x tuner to mutant 51 box but does not scan in the extra channels ,italy streams ect,do i have to add something to box to get them to work,my new vuzero finds them ok ,both boxes and the new tuner are from world of sat..:cool: :confused:

tried single freq scans but got..no channels found,tried blindscan,box went crazey no channels found ,and fault message ,,,did factory reset,without reloading old info,set tuner to scan 5w and all channels loaded ok...??
