Loop through cable

I have only one satellite feed.Can I have both sat tuners enabled if I use the loop through cable.Will this limit me as to what I can watch and record at the same time.Would I be better just disable the second tuner ? Also the spdif connection,Do I remove the plastic flap to connect?

You can use the loopthrough option on Tuner B on your Sat receiver if you just have the one Sat feed going into Tuner A. You don’t need to use a cable from Tuner A to B. It does give you some options, but not as good as having 2 feeds into Tuner A and Tuner B.

It is not an independent signal cable, so yes you will lose picture.

Better off using a unicable LNB.
