gigablue ultra ue jtag required

as the post says i am looking for help jtagging the box,
i have old xp lappy
i have the cypress board.. all wired up
braodband studio 3 working

i can not seem to find anything for the bcm7362 after searching for a week.

need the bcm7362.msi the xml and the config (which i presume would be a conf from original boot loader files? if so i have this )

just thought i would add i only have red light on the box and nothing else works. think i put bootloader on for a 800ue instead of ultra ue, was trying to reset box due to constant reboot not letting me load up new openvix f/w
