HELP - Tiviar Alpha Plus

Hi, I've flashed my tiviar alpha plus to OpenVix and after installing the remote control is no longer working? It's asking me to press ok on the remote, but nothing is happening? Is there a way to reset the remote do you know? Really stuck on what to do. Any help would be so much appreciated.

You should be able to use the virtual remote in openwebif to get into the settings (enter the IP address of the receiver in a browser window).
You can check if there is any ir signal from the remote by viewing the transmitter from the camera on a smartphone.
