formuler z7+ remote

hi,,i have the formuler z7+ and also a octagon sf4008 sat/cable box....both the remotes are clashing with other..as I guess they are made by the same manufacture..its very annoying as I'm having to unplug either device before I can use one or the other..is there a solution too this please

You should be able to say put the SF4008 into deepstandby, remote I dont think will wake the SF4008 unless you hit the power button.

hi,,ive tried that,,but soon as I try to switch the formuler box using the official remote,,it wakes the octagon box up...I just don't no how to set up a way of doing this on the formuler remote..it's very frustrating ....not sure if anyone else has encountered this
