Audio only, display stuck

Something is wrong since few releases ago. Solo 4k will be totally unresponsive every now and then. Lock up will happen, display is dead, but audio is working.
SSH is dead, no connection via that way, only living mark is audio which is running on "background". EPG is EIT with nightly refresh and no plugins installed (except s***c*m). Same set up has been a loooooong time, only software updates has been made.

Solo 4k front display is stuck as well when this happen. Issue started maybe since 5.1.21 or so ago.

Any ideas?
First reverted back to 20 and then fresh install made with 26 (Timers kept from the old installation) and still box hangs. Video stops, audio continues. No crash logs. Latest debug logs attached.
Is there a change to get time stamps for the logs? It would be easy to find correct spot from the logs as front display is freezed as well, so that will tell the time of the hang.

I’ve not have single issues for a long time, before this. its been solid.
When this started to happen had Sundtek stick connected, but ive removed it to test could that be the thing, but no. Also USB stick is removed.

Tuner set up is DVB-S2 with unicable, second with DiSEqC and then dual C

Only EPGrefresh plugin installed, but that is running during the night, so it not running when it hangs.

Storing epg onto flash is never advisable - put it on hd (or usb), its only read once at startup, and written once at shutdown (unless you chose more often).

Thats your problem, regardless its been solid etc. It has got corrupted. Do a fresh install of ViX 5.1.026 and make sure you store your EPG to your internal HDD from now on.

Thanks guys. New USB stick on place and EPG moved on it. Didn´t do clean re-install yet, but that will be the next thing if needed.

There is something wrong on OpenViX or Vu+ drivers. If EIT is disabled and using EPGImport/CrossEPG instead -> All good.

EIT disable wasnt enough.
There is two specific HD channels from cable which cause this freeze. You only need to view channels for a while and VU+ will freeze.

Finland DNA is the cable provider. I´ve heard from finnish fellows that this the issue with all VU+ boxes. Currently two channels are identified MTV3 HD and Nelonen HD from cable.
Duo2, Ultimo, 4k boxes are used. One guy said that he is Ok with Ultimo after he changed to OpenPLi from january and drivers from 2015..
Evevryone having same symptoms, like me.


I don´t know if this tell anything, after a while memory start to run out, but it won´t swap. First is from the beginning and second when SSH and box died.
