Juddering recorded programme.

Any programme recorded on my Edision mini+ judders badly when i play it back making it unwatchable

This started happening since VIX 5.1, and i was hoping that image update may resolve it but so far no luck

I use a 128GB USB as HDD for recording and Time-shift

Anyone experienced this, any ideas on solution please.

i presume your usb stick is setup correctly and mounted?

yes its setup correctly and properly mounted. been using same USB since i bought the box

Try a different usb stick incase that is the fault.

Does the problem happen all the time, or is it intermittent? ViX 5.1 has been around for 5 months now.

It happens with every single recording, noticed the problem months ago but the box is spare in the bedroom and i rarely record on it so it wasn't much an issue then.


I will probably try and reformat the USB again

Have now tried 2 separate USB stick and still the same problem.
will the debug log find anything please?
