any help appreciaited, purchased this box 8 months ago with 1 yrs subscription, and paid for a backup key........the box just sits there now with a bunch of pulsing red rings on left side and t.v says no signal, have checkad all leads and they work on other box in room, have tried contacted person i got box off but is now ignoring me............... i havent a clue what to do again any help appreciated.
