Remote control don't work

Hi guys, please can somebody knows how can i do with this problem , after i get my VU+solo 2 flashed with the latest VIX image (5 1 020) the remote control doesn't work properly, the volume and on/off buttom don't work. I've tried with another remote control but nothing happens as well.

You may have it on the wrong setting. You may need to reprogram the remote. Not sure atm as I am away from home.
