Channel 4+1 (channel 142) on VM

This channel has stopped clearing on any lines that ive tried in both netids 00002 Glasgow and 40984 Uddingston ( both Scottish netids) I dont know if its frequency has changed up here as ive had reports thats its clearing fine down in england.

Is there anything that can be done to get it clearing again?

Does it clear if you scan using Enigma2 scanning, (i.e not use ABM).

I checked the last scanned bouquet and there was 3 instances of channel 4+1 (2 of which were for sat) and the 2 sat ones cleared, but the cable one didnt

C4 +1 is encrypted, so you need access to a working card to clear it. It's on the same transponder as the regular C4 here, so go onto C4, then look at channels in the current transponder, you should see 4 or 5 different C4 +1 for the different regions with just one actually working, the others should give a Sid not in Pat message or similar - the working one is the one that you want.
