Trouble Clearing Certain Transponder On 16 East

I have been having trouble watching SuperSport Channels 1 - 5 on 16 East and any other channels on transponder 10758 Vertical 27500 (Tring is fine)
I got this responce on another forum.

The FEC has changed, from 7/8 to 2/3

Is it possible just to change the fec from 7/8 to 2/3 (I'm sure I have seen this option)
and rescan the transponder ?

I also got this reply.

it is best to delete dead transponders & rescan

How do I do this ?
I have the VTI 1.3 image installed.

if you rescan say 13 east, there is an option to "clear before scan" so all 13 east channels/providers will be deleted, so after the scan, you have no dead channels
